Staple x Brooks Adrenaline GTS 4 : A lifestyle choice

Last week in Paris, Brooks unveiled its first selection of lifestyle footwear, set to launch throughout 2025. This marks a significant shift for the brand as it expands beyond performance running, blending its rich 110-year history with modern contemporary style. The debut showcased how Brooks is redefining its presence in both the sneaker and streetwear communities by revisiting archival silhouettes and introducing collaborations with leading creative forces.

The introductory release highlighted at the event was the STAPLE x Brooks Adrenaline GTS 4, a collaboration with renowned designer Jeff Staple. This release brings back the 2002 Adrenaline GTS 4, one of Brooks’ most celebrated performance runners, now reimagined through the lens of Staple’s signature aesthetic. The sneaker features a blend of pigeon gray and pink hues with dark undertones, a nod to Jeff Staple’s iconic design DNA.

What makes this collaboration even more remarkable is that Staple is the first collab partner to unlock the Brooks Archive, giving him the ability to retro classic styles and influence future collaborative projects. His agency, Reed Art Department, is also involved in curating other upcoming releases for Brooks, opening doors for more creatives to engage with the brand’s legacy.

Beyond this release, Brooks plans to offer both premium and more accessible footwear options, ensuring a wider audience can experience this new endeavour. The STAPLE x Brooks Adrenaline GTS 4 is set to launch on March 13, 2025, and will be available on BrooksRunning.com and select retailers.

As Brooks continues this exciting transformation, we will be closely following and covering the most exciting opportunities. Sneaker enthusiasts and streetwear fans alike can anticipate more archival revivals and creative collaborations that seamlessly merge performance with style. As Jeff Staple put it, “Calling all creators, anybody who wants to work with Brooks, let’s talk.”
