Before workwear became a defining part of streetwear, it had a much simpler purpose: it was made to work. Durable fabrics, practical pcokets, reinforced construction and loose silhouettes created clothing built around movement, repetition and wear. Over time, those functional uniforms developed a visual language of their own, moving from factories and job sites into music, skateboarding, fashion and the streets.
For Dickies x Pull&Bear, that history becomes the starting point for a new collaboration. The first partnership between the two brands takes Dickies’ functional legacy and places it inside Pull&Bear’s contemporary approach to dressing, creating an FW26 collection that looks at how workwear continues to change once ir leaves its original environment. The collection launches on 1 October 2026 through Pull&Bear online and selected stores.
Three Chapters of Workwear
The first chapter returns to the clasisc uniform, but Pull&Bear gives those familiar shapes a more expressive attitude. The Worker jacket takes centre stage, reworking one of Dickies’ recognisable silhouettes in red, mustard and cow print. The combination moves the jacket away from the traditional industrial uniform without losing the strong, straightforward shape that made the original so recognisable.
Denim forms the second chapter. Straight-cut denim jackets and trousers appear in washes that move from light blue through to deep indigo, using one of the most enduring fabrics in workwear to explore the relationship between use and time. Denim naturally carries the marks of wear, making it an appropriate bridge between Dickies’ workwear origins and the more relaxed wardrobe surrounding it today.
The final chapter takes the collection into streetweae. Utility bermuda shorts, striped shirts, knitwear, sweatshirts, graphic T-shirts and raglan-sleeve designs introduce references to sportswear and urban dressing.
Dickies Gets a New Proportion
The menswear offering is built around that contrast between function and expression. Traditional workwear shapes sit alongside pieces designed around everyday movement, with the Worker jacket providing one of the strongest visual statements in the collection.
The women’s range approaches the same heritage from a different direction, turning workwear into a city uniform with clear references to the 1990s and 2000s. Wide low- or mid-rise trousers meet baby tees, fitted tops, miniskirts and structured jackets, creating a more fitted interpretation of Dickies’ traditionally utilitarian vocabulary.
The colour palette keeps one foot firmly in Dickies’ world. Ecru, beige, khaki, browns, greys, black and dark denim provide the foundation, while red, orange, mustard and blue introduce stronger graphic accents. The result connects the collection to Dickies’ established visual identity while allowing the Pull&Bear collaboration to develop its own personality.
From the Uniform to the City
Accessories push the idea of the modern workwear uniform even further. Caps, beanies, belts, bags, socks and worker-inspired footwear extend the collection beyond the clothing, while more functional pieces include a belt with pockets, an apron and a belt-pocket design.
A bespoke Dickies x Pull&Bear label brings the collection together. Hexagonal finishing elements and industrial-inspired touches reference Dickies’ workwear heritage while giving the collaboration a visual identity of its own.
The Dickies x Pull&Bear FW26 collection is available from 1 October 2026 at pullandbear.com and in select Pull&Bear stores.
