ADERERROR Significant is turning its attention to one of fashion’s most enduring materials with the latest collection from its dedicated denimwear label, SILVER TAG. Titled “DENIM IN BALANCE”, the new collection explores the relationship between denim, time and the person wearing it.
SILVER TAG views time itself as part of the design process. As a pair of jeans is worn, it colour gradually develops, the texture becomes more pronounced and the shape begins to respond to the wearer’s movement. Every crease, fade and change becomes unique to the individual, meaning the finished garment ultimately tells the story of its owner.
This idea sits within Significant’s wider “Alter Basic” philosophy, which takes elements from the ADERERROR archive and distils them into more restrained, everyday silhouettes. Spanning formalwear, casualwear and denim, the line is build around the idea of creating a modern wardrobe that can remain relevant long after a particular trend has passed.
Four Fits, Three Denim Jackets
For “DENIM IN BALANCE”, SILVER TAG introduces four different jean fits: Curved, Slim, Straight and Wide, giving the collection a broad range of proportions without losing its characteristics.
The Curved fit serves as the collection’s signature silhouette, following the natural line of the leg with a distinctive curved shape. Slim takes a more pared-back approach, creating a streamlined profile, while Straight offers a balanced, timeless foundation. At the other end of the spectrum, Wide introduces a looser proportion.
The denim offering extends into outerwear, with three different jacket styles designed to work alongside the jeans. A tailored denim blazer brings a sharp and formal interpretation to the fabric that can be worn as a matching set. Alongside it are two versions of the denim trucker jacket, with one finished with metal buttons and another adopting a cleaner zip-front construction.
A Different Take on Denim
The SILVER TAG name itself refers to this concept of transformation. As denim ages, it changes alongside the person wearing it, gradually developing a character that cannot be fully replicated when new.
That philosophy is captured through four key messages running across the collection: “Balanced Fits”, “Refined Comfort”, “Natural Aging” and “Build to Last”.
SILVER TAG forms part of Significant’s wider three-tag system, with BLACK TAG representing formalwear and BLUE TAG focusing on casualwear.
The SILVER TAG “DENIM IN BALANCE” collection launches online via the official ADERERROR website on 27 August at 5PM KST, followed by a release at ADERERROR stores in Korea and overseas from 28 August 2026.
