The Sushi Club x Nike Air Force 1 Low makes its Fall 2025 debut by balancing subtle luxury with one of sneaker culture’s most iconic canvases.
Sushi Club, the collaborative brand co-created by Chris Stamp and culinary legend Nobu Matsuhisa, has already produced highly sought-after AF1s for its exclusive New York and Beverly Hills drops.
This new version, however, takes that same refined approach and makes it more widely accessible, arriving at a $150 price point that feels generous considering the details at play.
At first glance, the sneaker holds onto the timeless all-white AF1 aesthetic, but look closer and premium upgrades reveal themselves.
The base is crafted in supple tumbled leather, providing a plush texture, while hairy suede Swooshes add a tactile contrast without straying from the minimalist theme.
Branding is understated yet clever: “Sushi Club” is stamped into the side panel, metallic lettering is tucked inside the shoe, and a lace dubrae shaped like chopsticks gives the design its cultural punchline.
The strength of this collaboration lies in its restraint. Rather than overhauling the silhouette, Sushi Club allows the heritage of the AF1 to shine through while applying subtle but meaningful accents.
