Nike and Oregon’s own Division Street collective are gearing up to launch their most ambitious collaboration yet the GT Future “Ducks of a Feather”, slated for Spring 2026. This marks the very first basketball-style project under the “Ducks” banner, following previous success in running and lifestyle drops.
From early previews, the GT Future is shaping up as Nike’s next leap forward in court performance. The silhouette draws visual and structural cues from legacy models like the Flightposite and Hyperflight, while integrating modern innovations such as a forefoot Air Zoom unit, a full-length Zoom Strobel plate, and a Cushlon 3.0 midsole, aimed at delivering responsive, high-energy cushioning.
For this special iteration, the “Ducks of a Feather” theme will carry Oregon DNA into the build. The confirmed Metallic Pewter / Black colourway offers a sleek, premium base on which Oregon heritage accents will likely be layered.
While the collaboration’s visual elements haven’t all been revealed yet, expectations are high for “Ducks of a Feather” branding, subtle nods to the Oregon team, and limited distribution through GOAT, Flight Club, or Nike’s own channels. The timing appears intentionally aligned with March Madness, aiming to ride collegiate basketball energy into the release.
This project continues Division Street’s mission: using NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) frameworks to empower student-athletes through premium collaborations, while building deeper synergy between the culture of Oregon sports and sneaker design.
