Nike SB blends skateboarding innovation with Air Max heritage in the Nike SB x Air Max 95 “Skate Sample”, a reimagined version of the legendary silhouette for its 30th anniversary. After the success of the Nike SB Air Jordan 4, Nike continues to push boundaries by transforming the Air Max 95 into a skate-ready sneaker.
The prototype version, spotted on wear-tester Hobofett360, retains the classic layered design but incorporates crucial performance upgrades. Extra padding ensures superior comfort and support, while the heavy-duty suede upperenhances durability for skateboarding’s wear and tear. The outsole has been modified for enhanced grip, delivering improved board feel and stability.
Set to launch in Fall 2025, multiple colourways will be available, including Summit White, Photon Dust, Cool Grey, Cactus Flower, and Gum Yellow. Additionally, Nike will revive the iconic Air Max 95 “Neon” in April 2025, giving sneakerheads a double dose of nostalgia.
