Eric Haze joins forces with CLOT, founded by Edison Chen for a debut collaboration that feels long overdue. Built on CLOT’s long-standing “East Meets West” philosophy, the project takes inspiration from the two cities that have shaped global street culture in their own distinct ways: New York and Hong Kong.
Haze’s roots trace back to the streets of 1970s New York, where his early graffiti work helped define an era. Since then, his visual language, marked by expressive lettering and sharp graphic instincts, has become instantly recognisable across cultures. CLOT, meanwhile, has spent over two decades building a platform that bridges cultural gaps, translating Eastern aesthetics for a global audience without losing its authenticity.
Reworking the CLOT Identity
At the centre of this capsule collection is a complete reimagining of the CLOT logo, interpreted through Haze’s hand style. The redesign introduces brushstroke-style lettering, giving the logo a sense of movement and a raw energy. Everything feels intentional. The spacing is loose, allowing each character to breathe. A central star motif anchors the design, acting as a visual focal point. It represents unity, energy and convergence, tying back to the broader theme of being at the cultural intersection.
Debut at ComplexCon Hong Kong
The collection will make its first appearance at ComplexCon Hong Kong 2026, marking a fitting stage for such a globally-minded collaboration. Beyond the product itself, Haze will also take part in a panel discussion exploring the evolution and future of street culture.
