London-based music label Apron Records continues its collaboration with Nike, unveiling a striking “team red” colourway of the Nike Air 180.
Following the release of the “dark atomic teal” version in March 2025, this latest iteration blends vintage aesthetics with contemporary streetwear influences.
This limited-edition Air 180 features a deep red terry cloth upper, contrasted by smooth leather overlays for a premium feel.
The design is elevated with a snakeskin-printed Swoosh and black scaly leather on the heel, adding layers of texture. A rose gold heel counter provides a sleek finishing touch, enhancing the shoe’s refined yet bold look.
A standout detail is the razorblade lace dubrae, referencing Julien’s hand tattoo and his past as a barber. This storytelling continues on the custom insoles, which feature nostalgic imagery inspired by his upbringing, including scenes from his aunt’s salon, where he once ran a basement barbershop.
