CLOT and Los Angeles-based golf lifestyle label Malbon reunite for a new collaborative capsule that continues their shared exploration of sartorial street culture and contemporary golf aesthetics. Following the design language established in their previous Autumn/Winter collection, the latest range brings a more understated approach to the partnership, combining golf-inspired elements and pieces designed go work far beyond the fairway.
A New Take on the Malbon Buckets Logo
The collaboration centres around a playful reinterpretation of Malbon’s recognisable Buckets logo. The familiar character returns as a panda wielding a golf club, introducing a distinctive CLOT-inspired touch to Malbon’s established visual identity. The motif reflects CLOT’s ongoing approach to recontextualising Eastern heritage through contemporary design, while keeping the relaxed attitude that has become synonymous with Malbon.
The result is a visual meeting point between the two brands, with the panda graphic acting as a symbol of their cross-cultural design dialogue. CLOT and Malbon don’t use loud branding. Instead, they opted to use the character selectively across the collection, allowing the graphic to complement the more restrained colour palette and construction details.
Golfwear Meets Everyday Streetwear
The collection is built around heather grey, white and olive green, creating a muted foundation for the more expressive graphic elements. Subtle linings, contrasting piping and other details asd definition across a selection of tees, hooded sweatshirts and half-zip pullovers, while a reissued pair of white golf gloves extends the collaboration into more traditional golf territory.
