At Paris Fashion Week 2025, Los Angeles-based fashion label 424, led by Guillermo Andrade, revealed a unique reinterpretation of the Nike Air Foamposite One.
This design features a boot-like extension, transforming the classic sneaker into a high-top boot. The base model appears to be the 2013 “Whiteout” Foamposite, distinguished by its white Foamposite shell and translucent outsole.
The collection also showcased apparel inspired by iconic sportswear, including a collarless leather motorcycle jacket and a t-shirt reminiscent of Ronaldo’s 1998 Brazil kit.
While the custom Foamposite boot garnered significant attention, Andrade clarified that these pieces are purely artistic expressions and not part of a commercial collaboration with Nike.
He stated, “What I showed today was not a commercial collaboration with Nike – but rather my own artistic interpretations and one-of-one fashion ‘paintings’. Art, not commercially available product.”
