Continuing Merrell 1TRL’s focus on modern performance under its “Modern Heritage” direction, the Agility Peak 6 is coming for SS26 as a technical evolution of the brand’s trail lineage. Designed to be a dependable tool in one of sport’s most unpredictable environments, the silhouette priorities energy return and long-distance durability.
The upper is made from a layered mix of mesh, synthetic and TPU, reinforced with 3D print and TPU overlays in high-stress areas. These structural additions are actively protecting against rock scuffs and uneven surfaces. A 100% recycled breathable mesh lining sits inside, treated with Cleansport NXT for natural odour control, while the bellowed tongue keeps trail debris out during long runs.
Underneath is where the Agility Peak 6 asserts itself. A forefoot rock plate shields against sharp terrain, while the FloatPro midsole is engineered for lightweight and responsive cushioning. FlexConnect technology enhances ground connection and lateral stability, allowing the foot to move naturally while staying supported across uneven landscapes. Anchoring everything is a Vibram MegaGrip outsole, equipped with traction lugs designed not only to bite into varied surfaces but also to shed debris with each stride.
To support the launch, Merrell 1TRL partners with London-based concept space Knees Up for a campaign titled SIGNALS. Shot in the Lake District, the visuals follow a lone runner moving fluidly through shifting terrain, unbothered by rock, mud or gradient.
