The Merrell 1TRL Moab Slide Woven has established itself as one of the most defining silhouettes in Merrell 1TRL’s collection. Since its introduction, the model has represented the core philosophy behind the line: mixing technical outdoor functionality with a lifestyle focus. Woven captures the essence of the 1TRL ethos.
It is a design that takes cues from Merrell’s outdoor heritage while reinterpreting those foundations through premium materials. For Spring/Summer 2026, the silhouette comes in two new colourways.
Two Colourways: Stucco and Comet
Leading this season is the Stucco colourway, a softer, more understated palette that draws inspiration from decorative classicm. Its neutral tone highlights the woven leather construction and emphasises on the shoe’s premium qualities In contrast, the Comet colourway introduces a more forward-thinking aesthetic. Brighter and more dynamic in appearance, it brings a futuristic energy to the silhouette. This colourway reflects Merrell’s experimental side of designing.
Premium Materials
At the core of the shoe’s construction sits the trusted Merrell Moab Sole Unit, a foundation derived from one of Merrell’s most recognisable outdoor designs. Known for its durability and support, the sole unit provides the utilitarian backbone that grounds the entire silhouette.
Above this sits a full-grain woven leather upper, a defining feature of the Moab Slide Woven. This not only enhances the character of the shoe, but also reinforces the balance between luxury and functionality that has long defined the Merrell 1TRL line.
Comfort is enhanced through the inclusion of breathable mesh lining, helping to regulate airflow in the warmer months. A moulded nylon arch shank adds structural stability underfoot. The shoe incorporates Merrell Air Cushioning within the heel, providing enhanced shock absorption and helping to reduce impact during extended wear. A lightweight EVA foam midsole contributes responsive cushioning while keeping the overall construction light and flexible. Completing the performance package is the Vibram Ecostep Recycle Outsole, delivering reliable traction while incorporating recycled materials. This outsole not only enhances grip across varied surfaces but also reflects Merrell’s ongoing commitment to more responsible manufacturing.
