Liam Gallagher Rocks Ten c × Awake NY Archive Anorak at Oasis Reunion Launch

Liam Gallagher rang in the first date of Oasis’s much-anticipated reunion tour donning a standout archive jacket from the exclusive Ten c and AWAKE NY collaboration, first released in April 2024. This limited-edition piece is the brainchild of Alessandro Pungetti, Ten c’s creative director and New York streetwear visionary Angelo Baque.

A Unique Camouflage Print

The jacket’s eye-catching camouflage features a map-like pattern inspired by Manhattan schist, the layered bedrock beneath New York City. Known as “Manhattan Camo”, the design sees rocky formations transformed in urban aesthetic.

Crafted from crinkle nylon and Ten c’s Orginal Japanese Jersey (OJJ), the jacket remains lightweight yet durable, perfect for performing at a reunion gig.

Brand DNA Remains Visible

In true Ten C fashion, the exterior remains clean and unbranded, reinforcing the label’s affinity for subtle style. Instead, Awake NY’s signature “A” logo adorns both the zip puller and the hood, striking a thoughtful balance between Ten C’s quiet luxury and AWAKE NY’s bold, NYC streetwear credibility. Inside, an OJJ label displays both Ten c and Awake NY insignias, respecting both collaborators.

Why It Matters

Liam Gallagher’s choice to wear this piece, over any other piece speaks volumes about how fashion can echo cultural legacy. Both Ten c and Awake NY stand for durability and meaningful design, which makes this jacket the perfect symbol for an artist returning to his roots while staying creatively and culturally relevant.
