Ronnie Fieg has wasted no time setting the tone for what’s next at Kith. Fresh imagery shared by Fieg points toward another collaboration with New Balance, this time centred on the 990v4, with an early window placing the release in Spring/Summer 2026. It’s a quiet tease, but one that immediately resonates given the history between both names and the silhouette chosen.
The timing makes sense. Kith’s 2025 run was packed with collaborations, many of them anchored by New Balance. New models like the 2010 and 204L were introduced through Kith’s lens, while a Knicks-inspired 993 helped close out the year. This early glimpse suggests that momentum is carrying straight through into 2026, with the partnership continuing to prioritise legacy models over experimental detours.
Visually, the Kith x New Balance 990v4 leans into restraint. Classic mesh, leather and suede paneling appears dressed in a soft blush pink, giving the shoe warmth without pushing it into novelty territory. Argent “N” logos sharpen the contrast, while cream laces and muted tooling help keep the palette grounded and wearable. It’s a familiar Kith formula, favouring balance and longevity over seasonal flash.
Choosing the 990v4 also reinforces that mindset. As part of New Balance’s Made in USA line, the model carries a reputation built on comfort, durability and everyday credibility. Fieg has returned to the 990v4 before, most notably with the “Moonrock” release.
